Important announcement regarding the future of HFG

We have done an excellent job building our community and our growth has been excellent. With all growth comes change and our community is no different. As you may have noticed my job and personal life have limited my gaming time and I hope that soon I have more time to dedicate to gaming with you guys and girls. HFG is really an awesome place to hang out. We want to keep it that way so I have decided on taking a major step in furthering our growth. Today I announce the appointment of a co-leader for HFG. I have asked Disconnect to help me take this community to the next level. As we all saw with WMD he is very qualified. Honestly, running a community of this size is a big job for 1 person. Although Disconnect has been helping us with servers, and consulting on clan/community operations I would like to announce his official appointment as Co-leader of HFG. We will each have distinctive roles and ask for your cooperation in maintaining order. Here is a summary of each of our roles.

MaGno (Co-leader):
1) Handle all personnel issues and complaints. If you have clan drama you need taken care of please bring it to me. Consider me the HR person of HFG.

2) Billing and Reserved slots. I will be handling Paypal subs, paying the bills and setting reserved slots.

3) Admins. I will be watching admins and adding or removing admin privileges.

Disconnect (Co-leader):
1) Server management & issues

2) Serverdoc management

3)Web development

4) Consultation on Group financial decisions. (I will be generating a monthly financial report and sharing it with disco to plan continued growth.)

Keep in mind that we will both make decisions regarding removal or addition of people to the group. Please be assured that Disconnect and I will back each other 100%. We are now co-leaders and disconnect and I will share the same authority on bans or removals. Please show the same respect for Disconnect as you have shown for me. We sincerely believe that together we can move us on to the next level of growth.

Yay! Huzzah two-headed monster! This is a good decision methinks.

Disco, can you give up the time to do this without interrupting your life? Isn't that why you stepped down/closed WMD in the first place?

Sounds like a good plan, glad to here that things are going so well for HfG!

How have we been doing money wise? I could probably kick in a few extra dollars here and there if its ever needed.

Moneywise Id say we are doing pretty damn good. Subs are up to $445 a month and with other donations so far we are up to $550.71 by the end of the month.

I, for one, would like to take this moment to embrace our new bi-headed overlord and to let him/it/they/ know that i am willing to sacrifice others for your banlust
